Why Do We Love Handloom Wear

Handloom sarees are exclusive, sometimes only handcrafted for you. Lots of hard work is involved in weaving a singles piece of them, Its not only about handwoven  sarees, but even block printing a single handblock saree involve lots of hard work. Indian handloom sarees are famous all over the world, most of them are know for the state or territory they belong to ,take example of Phulkari from Punjab, Chanderi silk saree from Madhya Pradesh, Tussar Silk saree from Bihar, Kanchipuram Silk sarees from Kanchipuram, Linen Sarees from Bhagalpur are few famous weaves of India. How can we forget famous Banarasi silk sarees from the Ghats of Banaras.

There are weaves that represent Indian mythological art in woven pattern, like Baluchari silk sarees from West Bengal and  Madhubani Handcrafted Tussar Silk Sarees from Bihar ,India. These handwoven saree depicts the stories of Ramayana and Mahabharata on their Pallu's and border, and weaving these stories is not an easy task.

We have weaves which are particularly royal and festive like Chanderi silk sarees and Banarasi Silk sarees. Both look classy, royal and elegant. These weaves are famous for being the ideal festive or wedding wear in India.

Celebrities like Anushka Sharma and Deepika Padukone were seen wearing Banarasi silk sarees on their wedding day. Apart from these, Other Bollywood actresses also love draping our own handloom weaves, this supports our very own Indian handloom weavers and the lives associated with them.
