Our team works day and night to ensure that you receive your products in the best possible condition to get satisfied customers. Cancelling the order
Cash on delivery (COD) orders once placed can not be cancelled, as sometimes it is already dipatched or in transit and cancelling at that moment results in wastage of time,effort and money born by the seller.
Please note the COD order will be dispatched in 6-8 working days after placing the order, and should get delivered in 14-15 working days after placing the order.
All pre – paid order,made by paying online with the help of credit card/debit card/net banking/Pay TM etc. will be dispatched in 48 hours after placing the order and delivered in 7-8 working days.
Once the payment is processed, the order cannot be cancelled.
A product can be exchanged for any reason,provided you inform us about the same within 24 hours and send us shipping details of the returned parcel within 48 hours after receiving the product.
If you received a damaged or faulty product we will pay for shipping .The shipping cost will be adjusted in your next order.
If you want to exchange the product on basis of shade variation due to resolution of your phone, computer screen,photographic effects, the shipping cost will have to be born by the customer.
Returns & Refunds
We will provide full refund,including the courier cost for the product if the product is damaged or faulty.
If you have got some other product and not the one you ordered.
In both these cases, just inform us within 24hours of getting the damaged or faulty product by sending:

we will not accept any refund request after 48 hours. It is our fault so we will pay for shipping charges and ensure that the right product is delivered to you.
The customer needs to return the damaged product he has received within a period of 2 days from the receipt of the shipment and send us tracking details as soon as possible.
We do not accept any returns after 2 days of receiving the shipment.
